We've noticed that some people are experiencing problems with the website but staying rather silent about it.
I'm here to encourage you to come forward and report any issues you see with the website to us immediately.
Here are a couple of ways you can do that:
- Best way: If you have a GitHub account, please report any functional issues with icynet.eu on our GitHub repository
- Fastest way: Report your problem on our IRC Network. Click here to open up a chat immediately. Or if you have an Icy Network account, jump over to the Icy Network Rocket.Chat Instance.
- Fast way: Report your problem on our Discord server.
- Slowish way: Report your problem by tweeting at us.
- Slow way: Send us an email at icynet@icynet.eu.
Reporting your problem as soon as you run into one helps us help you and gives us pointers on what we need to fix. There is currently only one person working on the development of this network and everything won't work 100% of the time, especially when working for free. Please do not stay silent about your issues and help our websites become as stable as possible!
Oh, and another thing, try not to respond to our automated emails - we will not see them.
